Overall happy with the facility, as expected by Best Western!!! We had some difficulties to get access to the room, because of arrival at 23:40, actually after informing that we expected arrival tome to be at 23:00 - 24:00... Apparently we got access after calling the security of the facility. That's OK, just costed us some time of waiting and worrying... We finally got to the room at around 00:20. In the morning, we also did not find anybody at the reception desk. We had to leave without further delay. We left without paying!!!!! ACTUALLY I AM WORRYING ABOUT HOW CAN WE PAY FOR THAT NIGHT???

-very nice and quiet place, outside the city center. Ideal for a stop during road trip, and for a stay with family. - plenty of parking spaces available - very nice breakfast - very friendly people at the reception and always willing to help - nice and clean room - extra bed was provided for our kid, upon our request

A really nice hotel with modern room facilities, a few kilometers from the centre of Ulm. The bar and breakfast was excellent. We can't comment on the restaurant (as we ate out), but it looked really nice. Our room had a small balcony which added extra value, because we had our dogs with us. The bus stop to the cente of Ulm is one minutes walk, and costs 2.70E taking only 15 mins to get there with regular services to around 2100.The hotel has free parking for guests and great acess to the autobahn network.

The breakfast was amazing! Staff was exceptional. The man at the reception had a stressful night with a group but remained calm and was very helpful. The girl at the outside bar was also really nice and funny.

The room was standard with a comfortable bed, bathroom had some essentials, I was in the sauna in the fitness area, well eqipped there too.

They have rooms with road view and with garden or internal parking view. Internal parking is quite at night but might wake you up early. Overall rooms were comfortable. There is also small 1 star Michelin restaurant in the hotel and another restaurant. Someone told me that chief is same for both of them. Anyhow we wanted to see city center and skipped the restaurant. So, going to visit this place again.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Calm location for walks and close to public transport towards city center. Windows have good sound isolation.

Good value. Easy check in and friendly helpful staff. Very good room and very quiet. 1st class restaurant.
